In July 2025 the CRA made changes to the way the tax preparers obtain authorization for their clients. The new process is significantly more time consuming and as such our office has made the difficult decision to require that all NEW CLIENTS must complete the process prior to their appointment. Please know this is not our ideal process however in order to maintain our high level of service we feel this is our only option.
